Your responsibilities will include: procurement and on‑time delivery of urgently needed aircraft parts that are not available in local inventory or require expedited delivery; ensuring the fastest possible material solution within the AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Desk, working closely with various internal departments and functions; continuous monitoring of expected delivery dates and initiating proactive measures to prevent delays in case of deviations; preparation and processing of all necessary shipping and customs documents in compliance with applicable logistics regulations; and management and execution of logistical processes in returns logistics, as well as actively supporting continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Internationales Management oder Supply Chain / Logistics (mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang)
• Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, im Supply‑Chain‑Umfeld sowie im Bereich Prozessverbesserung (jeweils mindestens 3 Jahre)
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Versanddokumenten sowie in der Retourenlogistik (jeweils mindestens 1 Jahr)
• Zwingend erforderliche Berufserfahrung im Airbus‑Konzern sowie detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse im ERP‑System SAP und der Google Workspace
• Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement‑Methoden, Lagerinformationssystemen und den einschlägigen Logistikvorschriften
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Erfahrungen im Stakeholder Management sind von Vorteil
