Airbus - Quality Assurance Engineer (d/f/m)

Our client in Donauwörth is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager. We welcome all applicants equally, because we value diversity. Your responsibilities will include: ensuring process adherence in the development of civil and military helicopters and systems; coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders as well as certification teams; close collaboration with departments such as the design office, DOA management, the innovation department, and quality assurance; creating and tracking a detailed Quality Assurance Plan (QAP); preparing for and participating in technical design reviews to ensure compliance with all relevant plans; and identifying, developing, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in quality assurance and development, ideally in the aerospace industry.
• Good project management skills and experience with design reviews, system development processes (V-model) and configuration management principles.
• Fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean Management is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and sensitivity in an international context.
