Airbus - Quality Conformance Manager (d/f/m)

Ensuring compliance with process performance and product standards in the area of Quality Engineering Airframe. Maintaining and evaluating quality reporting indicators, including those related to product quality, corrective action management, and customer satisfaction. Defining, monitoring, and continuously updating quality standards and processes. Establishing and maintaining an efficient management system for corrective actions and coordinating the resolution of quality issues. Conducting and consistently following up on Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) for defect prevention.

• A successfully completed Bachelor's degree in aircraft construction, engineering, aerospace or industrial engineering.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in engineering, aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering or quality assurance.
• Required knowledge of conducting DFMEAs and at least good user knowledge of process management.
• Detailed knowledge of MS-Excel; experience with the Skywise data platform is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• The ability to quickly analyze complex relationships, coupled with an independent and structured way of working.
