Airbus - Supply Chain Quality Manager Mission & Optional Equipment (m/f/d)

For our renowned client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH at the Donauwörth location, we are looking for a qualified and committed Supply Chain Quality Manager, Supplier Quality Manager or Quality Engineer to fill a parental leave replacement position as soon as possible. Autonomous and transnational management of a defined, complex international supplier portfolio, focusing on mission, optionals, and weapon systems in the civilian and military sectors. Preparation and execution of supplier audits for selection, approval, and continuous monitoring in accordance with the EN9100 standard. Ensuring the timely delivery of equipment while adhering to defined quality and delivery targets. Continuous improvement of suppliers' industrial performance based on KPIs through the systematic application of modern lean and improvement methods. Independent analysis of quality complaints and consistent tracking of corrective and preventive actions in the relevant IT systems. Proactive risk management, including the implementation of effective mitigation measures and support and management of Transfer of Work (ToW) at suppliers. Support for cross-site harmonization projects for SCQM processes and regular reporting to internal clients.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehr als 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 2 Jahre im Bereich Manufacturing Engineering sowie jeweils mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement, Supply Chain und in der technischen Dokumentation

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Bereich Vertragsmanagement

• Nachweisbare Projektkompetenz und professioneller Umgang mit internationalen Stakeholdern

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von großem Vorteil

• Starkes Verhandlungsgeschick, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie gute Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit

• Tauglichkeit für G37-Bildschirmarbeitsplätze
