Airbus - Supply Officer Operational Procurement Air Vehicle & Mission Equipment (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Supply Officer for Operational Procurement Air Vehicle & Mission Equipment for our client, Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH, in Donauwörth. Anticipatory planning of the assigned material portfolio to ensure continuous material availability (coverage). Execution of rapid and immediate procurement, as well as coordination during the introduction of new components. Active collaboration and management of assigned suppliers regarding relevant supply chain issues (including the creation of catch-up plans, capacity checks, and negotiation of delivery times). Interface communication and coordination with strategic purchasing, quality assurance, logistics, program development, export control, engineering, and production. Processing and resolution of quality problems, as well as support for projects aimed at optimizing replenishment time and costs. Monitoring and implementation of measures for revalidation and extending inventory life. Responsibility for OTD1 collaboration, inventory management, and KPI improvements, as well as resolving process disruptions (e.g., overdue invoices, blocked orders).

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker bzw. Fachwirt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, in der Logistik sowie in der operativen und strategischen Beschaffung innerhalb einer Supply Chain

• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen wird vorausgesetzt

• Kundenorientiertes Denken, Teamgeist, Zielstrebigkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
