We are a premium personal training company specializing in small-group (3-6) training for adults 40+.

Our members aren't looking for boot camps, random workouts, or fitness trends.

This is not a role where you'll stand in the corner counting reps.

You'll be coaching multiple members at once while still delivering individualized attention, encouragement, and accountability.

The best candidate naturally commands a room, remembers names, celebrates wins, and makes every member feel seen.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DOCoach Small Group Personal Training Sessions

• Lead 25-30 sessions per week
• Deliver safe, effective, individualized coaching
• Modify and progress exercises based on member ability
• Create an energetic, professional training environment
• Help members build confidence and achieve results

Create an Exceptional Member Experience

• Learn members' goals, challenges, and motivations
• Build meaningful relationships with members
• Celebrate progress and keep members engaged
• Support member retention through accountability and connection

Be a Leader in the Studio

• Set the tone for professionalism and energy
• Support studio events and community activities
• Maintain high coaching standards
• Help create a positive, team-first culture

QUALIFICATIONS

• Nationally recognized personal training certification OR Exercise Science degree
• 2+ years of coaching experience
• Strong understanding of movement, regressions, and progressions
• Comfortable coaching clients with injuries, limitations, and varying fitness levels
• Available for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
• Able to lift 45+ pounds

COMPENSATION & BENEFITSFull-Time Position

• $50,000-$63,000+ total compensation opportunity
