Role Overview

The Amazon Marketplace Coordinator plays a key operational role in supporting the day-to-day management and growth of the business’s Amazon presence. Reporting directly to the Head of Amazon Marketplaces, this role is responsible for executing marketplace activities, maintaining high-quality product listings, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring smooth operational delivery across Amazon DE and international marketplaces.

The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and a proactive mindset to support sales growth, operational efficiency, and brand compliance on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

• Support the day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Central ensuring orders reach customers on time and accurately
• Monitor listing health, suppressed ASINs, changed content, compliance issues, resolving issues promptly

Stock & Operational Support

• Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to monitor stock levels and avoid stock-outs or overstocking
• Assist with FBA shipments, replenishment planning, and inventory health monitoring
• Support issue resolution related to chargebacks, shortages, and operational disputes

Promotions Support

• Assist in the setup and execution of promotions, deals, vouchers, and seasonal campaigns

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with internal teams including the warehouse, marketing, product, finance, and customer service to support Amazon initiatives
• Coordinate with external agencies or Amazon account managers where required

Job Requirements

Essential

• Fluent German
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report insights
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Amazon Seller Central knowledge isn’t required this training will be provided on the job

Desirable

• Knowledge of Amazon FBA and FBM operations
• Experience managing Amazon promotions and deals
• Familiarity with catalogue management at scale
