Analyst / Associate – Debt Investing (Real Estate)

We are looking for an Analyst / Associate in Debt Investing to join a real estate investment team in Berlin.

The role is suited to someone with 1–2+ years of professional experience who already has a good understanding of real estate and is looking for a hands‑on role with exposure to both investments and investors.

The team is currently working on raising a new fund , so a significant part of the role will be supporting the fundraising process and working closely with investors.

Your role

• Support the team in the fundraising of a new real estate debt fund
• Prepare presentations and materials for existing and potential investors
• Support investor meetings and follow-up discussions
• Answer investor questions and prepare information requested during the fundraising process
• Work on real estate and debt investment analyses
• Build and review real estate cash flow models
• Prepare Excel analyses and PowerPoint presentations
• Support investment committee materials and internal analyses
• Research real estate markets, assets and financing structures
• Work closely with the senior investment team on day‑to‑day topics

Your profile

• 1–2+ years of professional experience , ideally in real estate, real estate finance, investment banking, private debt or a similar environment
• Good understanding of real estate and real estate cash flows
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Comfortable working with financial models and analysing numbers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with investors and answering detailed questions
• Very good German and English skills
• Structured, reliable and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for your work
• Mature personality and professional approach
