Analyst, Investment Analyst – Growth Strategy

Armira is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their Munich office. In this role, you’ll be involved in various aspects of the investment process, from sourcing deals to supporting portfolio companies. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about working with Mittelstand companies and eager to take on responsibility early in their career.

What You’ll Do

• Work with the team on all phases of the investment process.
• Prepare market and company analyses to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Develop financial models and conduct valuation analyses.
• Contribute to due diligence workstreams and prepare materials.
• Support portfolio companies with performance tracking and analyses.
• Collaborate closely with the investment team and external advisors.

What You Need

• Relevant experience through internships or student positions in finance or consulting.
• Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or engineering.
• Good understanding of financial statements and valuation principles.
• Analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
