Analyst (m/w/d) - Management Consulting

In this Analyst role at ISG, you help clients transform their IT and business processes through data-driven insights. You’ll join a global, collaborative team and gain hands-on consulting training. You work on benchmarking, research, and data analysis while supporting business development and client workshops. • Conduct industry and client research, data gathering, processing and analysis
• Work on technology benchmarking or sourcing projects
• Facilitate client workshops and assist in preparing presentations and reports
• Identify opportunities to expand ISG’s client relationships
• Support Business Development with sales materials and client proposals
• Participate in training on consulting skills and methodologies
• Collaborate with globally distributed colleagues on varied projects

• Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge in Information Technology and interest to expand (cloud, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity)
• Knowledge of Finance (business cases, simulations, financial modelling)
• Strong organizational talent and hands-on, pragmatic approach
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to learn quickly, be a team player, use structured thinking and strong presentation skills
