Full stack Front end React/Angular Manager

Full stack front‑end manager responsible for building scalable, secure, and high‑performance web applications on Microsoft Azure, leading teams in React, Angular, and .NET technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Passionate about building next‑generation products, embracing agile and innovation.
• Implement adopted design, development methodologies, patterns, and toolsets.
• Understand business objectives and design models to achieve them, with metrics to track progress.
• Manage available resources such as hardware, data, and personnel to meet deadlines.
• Explore and visualize data to identify distribution differences that could affect performance in production.
• Verify and ensure data quality through cleaning and validation.
• Design and develop machine‑learning algorithms.
• Support development of risk‑monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and early‑warning indicators.
• Translate enterprise risk and compliance requirements into data‑driven and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Integrate data‑quality checks, audit trails, explainability, and model validation into solutions.
• Prepare and analyze historical data to identify patterns.
• Provide technical support for program management and business development activities, including proposal writing and customer development.
• Supervise the data acquisition process when additional data is required.
• Identify and acquire publicly available datasets for training.
• Train models and tune their hyperparameters.
• Analyze model errors and design strategies to overcome them.
• Deploy models to production.

Skills and attributes for success

• 8–12+ years of experience in Microsoft technology stack with strong exposure to enterprise‑scale applications.
• Proven experience in leading end‑to‑end solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and deployment.
• Experience in Azure Web Apps development and deployments.
• Experience in microservices and serverless architecture with Service Fabric, Functions, API Apps, Service Bus, and message queues.
• .NET / Web API (.NET Core).
• Must‑have – React JS / Angular JS, Next JS Frameworks.
• Lead frontend architecture decisions and ensure best practices in React/Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver quality features.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and browsers.
• C# / .NET, GenAI prompts.
• Nice to have: Cognitive services – Azure Bot Framework, NLP, NLG, Vision Services.
• Nice to have: Python basics.
• Have good experience in DevOps pipeline creation.
• Ability to architect front‑end apps integrated with cloud services such as Azure Static Web Apps, Azure App Services, Azure CDN / Front Door, Azure API Management, and identity integration (Azure AD, OAuth2, OIDC).
• Good understanding of GenAI and hands‑on experience with OpenAI or other GPT models.
• Good knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services.
• Proven experience in designing highly secured and scalable web applications on Azure cloud.
