App Campaign Manager – Drive App Growth Performance App Growth

In this role you drive profitable user growth for mobile apps by scaling high-performance UA campaigns across publishers and traffic sources. You will own end-to-end campaign performance, budget allocation, and optimization to maximize ROAS and post-install value. You’ll work closely with publishers and partners while translating data signals into actionable optimizations. This is a growth-focused, ownership-driven role within a global partner marketing context, offering meaningful impact on client results and business scalability.

• Own campaign performance across multiple sources and budgets
• Optimize daily for CPI/CPA/post-install KPIs and ROAS
• Shift budgets to top-performing channels and cut underperformers
• Build strong relationships with publishers/traffic partners and negotiate placements
• Test new traffic sources and unlock scale
• Analyze performance data (cohorts, LTV, retention, events) and work with MMP data (Adjust / AppsFlyer)
• Act as Growth Partner to clients with alignment to their goals and growth objectives
• Be accountable for results with clear performance insights and recommendations

• 5+ years in mobile app user acquisition
• Experience at an app agency, brand, or MMP (Adjust / AppsFlyer or similar)
• Strong understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem
• Hands-on experience managing publisher/traffic source relationships
• Deep performance mindset focused on CPI/CPA/ROAS
