About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Software Developer to join our team at EJOT in Bad Berleburg. In this full-time position, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and advancing AI-driven applications and automation solutions. Your role will involve designing innovative AI use cases in collaboration with global business units, creating Copilot, Agent, and Workflow solutions based on the Microsoft platform, and integrating AI functionalities into existing applications, processes, and digital services. You will analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities, working closely with IT, digitalization, and business teams to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies. Ensuring compliance with data protection, information security, and AI governance standards will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will monitor technological trends and evaluate new AI tools and platforms to keep EJOT at the forefront of AI innovation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification. Proven experience in developing software or cloud applications is essential, along with proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, or other AI platforms is highly advantageous. A solid understanding of interfaces, data models, and system integrations is required. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, a passion for developing innovative solutions, and excellent communication skills in both German and English. Self-motivation, teamwork, and a structured working style are critical attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities
