Operate and support business-critical applications
Define functional release requirements and perform release testing
Participate in on-call rotation and shift-based operating model
Drive automation to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and resilience
Share knowledge and contribute to stable operations and process improvements

Zentrale Anforderungen

Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and application operations
Linux knowledge (Debian, RedHat) is an advantage
Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory)
Hands-on experience with Ansible and automation platforms
Experience automating operational processes across Windows and Linux
Design and maintain automated deployment, configuration, and maintenance processes
Experience operating and supporting business-critical applications
ITIL know-how
Database management in Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Willingness to participate in shift-based operating model and on-call rotation
Ideally experience in regulated banking, financial services, or energy market environments
English and German language skills
