Architectural Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex architectural projects across sectors including healthcare, education and research.

You’ll be responsible for managing projects from design through to completion, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex architectural projects.
• Manage project teams and coordinate consultants and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the design team throughout all project stages.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets and quality.
• Manage client relationships, contracts and project delivery from inception to completion.

About You

• Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing complex building projects through all RIBA stages.
• Experience delivering healthcare, education, research or other technically complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and construction methods; timber construction experience is an advantage.
