Qualifications

Because architecture is also your passion and you bring the following with you:

• Ideally at least 12 years of professional experience as an architect, including at least 6 years in project management
• High standards of design and sustainability
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with team spirit
• A structured, analytical and organized way of working and the ability to master complex tasks

Responsibilities

• Management and coordination of challenging construction projects across all service phases
• Accompanying the design and execution process up to the final project handover
• Supervising and managing all project participants (internal and external)
• Handling economic project management (personnel planning, budget planning, costs, and fee calculation)
• Responsibility for employee management and development
