CSC is an internationally operating rolling bearing manufacturer with approximately 1,000 employees at five locations worldwide. Our ball bearings are used in high-precision applications. Typical areas of application include motors and motor spindles, gearboxes, pumps, elevators, and machine tools.

Sales are conducted both directly to OEM customers in various industries and through a Europe-wide dealer network.

To further expand our sales activities in Eastern Europe and to develop our dealer network, including in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia, CSC Bearing Europe GmbH is seeking an

Area Development Manager (m/f/d) | Distributors Eastern Europe

Hybrid work: Office and field sales

Your Responsibilities:

• You will systematically develop our dealer network in Europe.
• You will manage existing dealers and gradually expand business relationships.
• You will be the primary contact person (m/f/d) for inquiries from our sales partners in the aforementioned countries.
• With your expertise, you will be able to answer initial technical questions from our customers (m/f/d) in the field of rolling bearings. You will receive support from our technical team in Wiesentheid.
• You will actively participate in the development of new sales strategies and innovative marketing measures.
• You will represent CSC both offline and online, e.g., at trade fairs and conferences.

Your profile (m/f/d):

You have completed technical or commercial training (m/f/d) or a relevant degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration).

You have several years of professional experience in technical sales (e.g., rolling bearings, motors, pumps, transmissions, mechanical engineering, etc.).

Ideally, you have an extensive network of contacts and/or industry connections in Eastern Europe.

A confident demeanor when dealing with customers and strong communication skills are among your strengths.

In addition to German and/or English, you speak at least one of the languages spoken in the aforementioned region.

You have a Class B driver’s license.

You are proficient in using technical devices (mobile phone, PC, Office applications).
