As Area Product Owner Business Development for the RT Elements portfolio, you shape the future of radiosurgery software within an international, cross-functional team. You balance portfolio needs, assess feasibility, and align roadmaps with business strategy, customer demands, technical requirements, and regulatory constraints. • Supervise feasibility collaborations with customers, universities, and internal teams
• Define and prioritise the R&D roadmap to reflect valuable future deliverables aligned with business strategy
• Manage stakeholders across RT Elements R&D, product management, clinical partners, and industrial collaborators
• Balance portfolio requirements and assess technical feasibility in partnership with business development and the RT Elements product owner team

• 5+ years experience in the clinical radiation therapy field
• Ability to understand R&D, product management and clinical requirements
• Capacity to derive feasibility assessments with business development and RT Elements team
• Deep analytical mindset and creativity for solutions
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to understand dependencies of complex medical devices
• Experience with agile development concepts like SCRUM / LeSS is a plus
• Experience in development or product management of medical devices including software is a plus
• Clinical knowledge in radiosurgery is a plus
• Clinical knowledge of radiation therapy treatment planning systems is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus
