Area Sales Manager Bavaria, Austria, & Switzerland

We are supporting a leading manufacturer of pressure and flow measurement technology in the search for an experienced Area Sales Manager covering Switzerland, Austria and Bavaria .

The company supplies innovative pressure switches, pressure sensors and flow sensors, with a strong presence in the HVAC and OEM markets .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and open new customer accounts
• Manage and grow existing OEM and key accounts
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Present the product portfolio and attend trade shows
• Drive sales growth and territory development
• Manage sales budgets and commercial targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in technical B2B sales
• Strong new business and account management experience
• Background in HVAC, sensors, automation, electronics, pressure/flow measurement or related industries advantageous
• Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills
• Fluent German and English
• Based in Germany and willing to travel across CH/AUT/Bayern
