Area Sales Manager - East Germany (m/f/x)

As an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for marketing and positioning our entire product portfolio across the technical trade, retail sector, and directly with industrial customers in Eastern Germany .

Your Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice and support to our sales partners
• Independently acquiring new customers
• Conducting product presentations, customer training sessions, and customer retention activities
• Implementing and successfully concluding sales and distribution strategies
• Continuously and systematically monitoring the market and competition
• Supporting trade fair activities and events
• Independently planning your sales tours and customer visits (approx. 80% travel)
• Preparing weekly reports from your mobile office

What You Bring

• A solid commercial/business qualification
• Professional experience in field sales and industry knowledge in the retail sector and/or occupational safety
• Class B driver's license
• Residence/home office within the assigned sales territory
• Strong drive to succeed, with an independent and team-oriented approach to work
• Willingness to travel and perform, flexibility, strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of and confident use of standard MS Office applications
• Good basic knowledge of English is an advantage
