Area Sales Manager – North Rhine-Westphalia and Bavaria

• Independent responsibility for the sales territory from first contact through to implementation at the customer


• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships


• Proactive acquisition of new customers among planners, architects, specialist contractors and end customers


• Technical consulting and development of customer-specific solutions


• Site measurements and coordination directly at the customer's location


• Preparation and negotiation of quotations


• Support of projects through to implementation


• Close collaboration with design/engineering, internal sales/back office and project management


• Active development of the sales territory and shaping of revenue, customer base and projects

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales or project-based business


• Technical understanding, e.g., in construction, refrigeration or plant/industrial engineering


• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into solutions


• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style


• Willingness to travel within the sales territory


• Willingness to actively shape sales and take on responsibility
