Within the Reifenhäuser Group, we work with passion and pioneering spirit – become part of our team and contribute to our company's success.

Key responsibilities

Take full ownership of the Northern Europe region (UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and the Baltic states), running it with true entrepreneurial spirit and end-to-end responsibility for revenue, customer management, and business development
Sell blown film, cast film, and sheet extrusion lines, as well as components, across our Business units, achieving defined sales targets while scheduling your own customer appointments and coordinating key projects with the Business Units' Sales Managers
Identify and develop new and existing accounts, translating customer needs into technical requirements together with the supplying Business Units
Present and negotiate technical and commercial proposals to close sales contracts
Analyze and develop sales figures together with the sales departments in Germany, factoring in competitors' activities
Represent Reifenhäuser at trade fairs and technical conferences with professional presentations

Your profile

Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. engineering, machinery, plastics, or other technology-driven sectors) or comprehensive, versatile on-the-job experience
Proven sales track record in the investment goods sector, ideally in plastics machinery; experience with extrusion or plastics processing equipment, and Reifenhäuser's product portfolio in particular, is a plus
Strong understanding of the Northern European market (UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Baltics) and its customer landscape, ideally with experience managing a sales region
Self-starter mentality with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work independently and engage decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in English and a high willingness to travel frequently within the region; a base location within the region (UK or Scandinavia) is an advantage, but not a requirement

Our offer to you

International working environment – the Reifenhäuser Group forms the largest competence network for plastics extrusion technology worldwide
Fair compensation and flexibility – an attractive compensation package, home office possibility, and top equipment
Professional onboarding – intensive onboarding, including comprehensive training at our company headquarters in Germany
Interesting perspectives – vast opportunities for personal and professional development through feedback discussions and individual training measures
