Art Director, Communication Designer

Responsibilities

• You develop creative core ideas and communication concepts that go beyond individual measures.
• You think not only in layouts and campaigns but also in objectives, target groups, and outcomes.
• You question briefs, identify opportunities, and contribute your own ideas.
• You take responsibility for your projects.
• You work closely with colleagues from client consulting and project management.

Requirements

• You have completed a design degree and preferably have professional experience in an agency.
• You are skilled in concept development and design.
• You bring your creative ideas to life using the Adobe Creative Suite.
• You are also comfortable with Microsoft 365 and Figma.
• You monitor new technologies and tools.
• You are creative, have a good sense for effective advertising, understand the importance of usability, and can assess trends.
