Art Director – Social Media (all genders)

We are looking for YOU – Art Director – Social Media – to join Oscar Bravo. Create impactful visuals for Instagram, TikTok & more, turn ideas into scalable formats, and collaborate with content teams. Use insights and trends to craft engaging, high-performing social campaigns.

What you’ll do:

• Develop strong visual concepts and designs for social media across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn – always tailored to platform, audience, and purpose
• Create high-quality static and motion assets in line with Lufthansa Group brand guidelines
• Turn ideas into scalable visual systems, from single posts to long-running formats
• Build storyboards, mood boards, and visual guidelines for campaigns
• Collaborate closely with Social Media Managers and Content Teams from ideation to delivery
• Adapt and optimize assets for different channels, formats, and devices
• Contribute to campaign development and creative problem-solving in cross-functional teams
• Use performance insights, feedback, and testing to continuously improve output
• Stay on top of trends and translate them into effective social formats

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• Degree or professional training in graphic or media design (or a comparable field)
• 5 years of experience in social media design, ideally in an agency or in-house environment with high output
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; additional tools are a plus)
• A solid understanding of motion design and dynamic content formats
• Experience working with brand guidelines and complex brand systems
• Confidence in presenting and discussing creative ideas within a team
• Familiarity with agile workflows and project management tools is a plus
• Very good English skills; German is a plus but not required
