At Cheyenne Professional Tattoo Equipment, we’re looking for someone who connects – people, ideas, and cultures. Someone who understands artists, builds relationships naturally, and brings energy into every interaction. At the same time, this role will act as an important interface to Product Management by translating artist feedback, market needs, and product-related insights into structured internal input.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and grow our international artist community
• Connect with new talents and bring them into the Cheyenne world
• Collaborate on campaigns, product launches, and creative projects
• Represent Cheyenne at conventions and events worldwide
• Create meaningful, long-term partnerships with artists
• Work closely with marketing, social media, customer teams and Product Management
• Turn ideas into experiences – and experiences into impact
• Gather structured feedback from artists and the market on products, applications, and user needs
• Support Product Management with insights on product performance, market trends, and customer expectations
• Contribute to product launches by coordinating artist involvement, testing, and feedback loops
• Help identify product improvement opportunities based on real-world use and artist experience

• You’re organized, proactive, and hands-on
• You’re excited about tattoo culture, creativity, and innovation
• You’re comfortable working in English and German
• You enjoy traveling and being part of international events
• You are able to capture feedback and observations in a structured way and share them clearly with internal stakeholders
• You have an interest in products, market needs, and how user insights can support product development

Experience in artist/talent management or the tattoo industry is a plus – but passion, curiosity, and personality matter just as much. First experience in product-related, market-facing, or cross-functional roles is also a plus.
