Artist Manager - Live Music & Development

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the career of an established singer and performer based in Hamburg, recognized for her appearances on The Voice of Germany and in major musical theatre productions. The focus is on developing her trajectory as an independent artist, with responsibilities spanning the creation of new live shows, securing bookings, and supporting upcoming music projects. The initial priority will be launching an intimate live concept, such as OXA & Piano, and building a reliable, long-term creative and production team. The position is on-site in Hamburg, requiring a proactive, communicative, and experienced artist manager who thrives in dynamic, creative environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for artist growth and brand positioning within the independent music sector
• Secure live bookings and performance opportunities, including the launch of new live show concepts
• Oversee the planning and production of live events, from concept to execution
• Support the development and release of future music projects
• Build and manage a creative and production team, fostering a collaborative and professional working environment
• Liaise with venues, promoters, and industry partners to maximize exposure and opportunities
• Provide executive and creative production support as needed
• Ensure all activities align with the artist’s vision and long-term career goals

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in artist management, music management, or live event production
• Strong background in artist development and project management within the music industry
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a direct and professional approach
• Experience in executive or creative production for live music events
• Ability to build and lead a reliable creative and production team
• Deep understanding of the live music landscape and event production processes
• Based in Hamburg or able to work on-site without travel support
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
