In Munich, you will drive the digital design of advanced Mixed-Signal and SoC ASICs for MEMS consumer sensors. You collaborate across disciplines to define digital concepts, derive requirements, and integrate architectures that optimize area and power. You contribute to robust, verifiable digital datapath and control structures, supporting product characterization and validation. • Define digital module concepts and derive requirements for mixed-signal/SoC ASICs
• Architect digital integration within mixed-signal designs
• Implement digital circuits with emphasis on area and power optimization
• Ensure robust digital design in control and datapath structures
• Support product characterization and validation activities
• Collaborate with international, interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs

• At least 5 years of professional IC digital design experience
• Experience in data signal processing and/or microcontroller subsystems (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of VHDL and/or Verilog
• Proficiency with state-of-the-art digital design EDA tools
• Experience with digital data processing and low-power design techniques
• Knowledge of place-and-route toolchains is a plus
• Proficient English; German skills beneficial
• Diploma/M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
