ASIC Digital Lead - ATPG & Methodology (f/m/div.)

In this role you lead the digital ASIC design scope for complex projects, ensuring robust implementation from specification to integration. You coordinate across stakeholders, contribute hands-on in design, and secure effective DFT/ATPG strategies. You drive consistency, quality, and automation in the digital domain while improving design and test methodologies. • Lead digital design scope across ASIC projects and coordinate across stakeholders
• Derive and implement the digital design concept aligned with system requirements
• Contribute hands-on to implementation while ensuring feasibility and quality
• Integrate DFT and ATPG into the design and manage coverage targets
• Oversee ATPG flow across projects and act as ATPG expert for project teams
• Develop automation solutions and integrate new tools/methods to improve efficiency

• experience in digital ASIC development, including top-level integration
• Digital Lead experience in project environments
• strong ATPG, test methodologies, and coverage analysis expertise
• experience with pattern and silicon data failure analysis
• solid digital verification and interface validation knowledge
• strong scripting skills (Python, Tcl, or shell)
• experience coordinating external development partners and cross-functional teams
