Support the Tax Administration Specialist in the coordination and administration of tax compliance and reporting activities, ensuring accurate documentation, effective deadline management, and the smooth execution of day-to-day tax operations. The role contributes to the efficient functioning of the tax team by maintaining high administrative standards and supporting the timely delivery of tax-related obligations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Manage incoming tax-related correspondence, ensuring accurate registration, timely tracking in the deadline management system (INFOLOG Fristenbuch), and distribution to the relevant team members.
Maintain and organize tax documentation, filing systems, and the tax literature database, including the coordination of archiving and secure long-term record retention.
Provide administrative support to the Tax team, including monitoring deadlines, maintaining documentation, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
Organize and coordinate internal team meetings and appointments with external stakeholders, including meeting logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions.
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, official correspondence, and other tax-related materials.
Process and manage purchase orders in close collaboration with the Tax Administration Specialist.
Act as deputy for the Tax Administration Specialist during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of administrative tax processes.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

Successfully completed commercial, business administration, or foreign language vocational training
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling documentation, correspondence, and deadline management
Well-developed prioritization skills and a structured approach to coordinating a variety of administrative tasks
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in preparing professional documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations
Reliable, proactive, and service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team environment
Excellent communication skills in both German and English, enabling professional and effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
