Overview

When Roche Diagnostics and pharmaceutical products are developed for patient welfare, it is essential that internal processes run smoothly and that employees are empowered to apply these new solutions safely. As Wave Training Lead you play a central role in implementing the learning strategy for the ASPIRE program and taking responsibility for end-user trainings for the SAP Global Template and all related systems. The objective of Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) is to transform Roche’s business through innovative services and maintain competitiveness. The Enterprise Capabilities Team provides top-tier project management services within the global network. You will be part of the ASPIRE program to implement scalable business processes (based on SAP S/4HANA). You will work closely with global and local training teams, the OCM team, and business areas to ensure effective qualification for all affected business and IT employees.

Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich

As Wave Training Lead (m/w/d) you bear overall responsibility for developing and implementing the local training concept and ensure all end users are precisely prepared for the new processes and technologies. You will undertake the following tasks:

• Strategische Schulungsleitung & Planung: Develop the local training strategy based on global guidelines and create detailed activity plans. Serve as the central SPOC for ASPIRE trainings and represent the program before the education committee
• Lernbedarfsanalyse & Lösungsorientierung: Identify specific learning needs of end users and offer effective learning solutions that align with program results and individual competency development strategies
• Fachliche Führung & Beratung: Advise local training managers and coordinators on timelines and outcomes. Identify synergies at the Wave level and ensure harmonized implementation across locations
• Stakeholder-Alignment & Kooperation: Work closely with the OCM lead to align change management, communication and training activities. Collaborate with functional colleagues and the system authorization team
• System- & Berechtigungsmanagement: Ensure role assignments align with system access requirements and support users actively during the critical hypercare phase
• Reporting & Fortschrittskontrolle: Monitor training effectiveness and report status, completion rates, risks and mitigation plans to the local leadership

Qualifikationen | Das bringst Du mit

• More than 8 years of experience in managing training programs and curricula, ideally with deep expertise in SAP project trainings (S/4HANA / ERP)
• Solid knowledge in adult education, coaching and learning management systems, and practical experience implementing modern training tools
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-oriented approach. Able to operate effectively in matrix organizations and agile environments
• Understanding of complex system authorization and transaction concepts and the ability to translate them into training strategies
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in pharmaceutical quality standards and willingness to travel occasionally
