Asset Manager International (m/f/d) at the location Amsterdam

• Management of commercial properties (international) with a focus on office, retail and logistic properties
• Selection and management of service providers - in particular commercial and technical property management in Germany and abroad as well as development and maintenance of a corresponding network
• Management of letting processes - active involvement in lease negotiations
• Active support of major tenants
• Development and implementation of sustainable property strategies incl. ESG criteria
• Taking over the role of building owner in expansion and modernization measures
• Ongoing identification of cost drivers and yield-reducing factors as well as development and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions
• Ongoing property valuation (DCF), yield and profitability calculations, reconciliation of forecast and budget planning
• Preparation of budgets and business plans, reporting and controlling for the assigned portfolio

• Completed studies in business administration and/or commercial training with additional real estate qualification (e.g. real estate economist)
• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry; ideally complemented by relevant knowledge in asset management for European portfolio properties
• High level of entrepreneurial thinking, ability to work in a team and openness to work with other cultures
• Confident appearance, assertiveness and negotiating skills
• General understanding of fund accounting processes and requests
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• A very good command of English and Dutch, both written and spoken, German language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel
