Asset Manager (m/w/d) - Residential

Our client is looking for a Residential Asset Manager to manage and develop its residential portfolio in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties and drive operational performance.
• Monitor rental income, occupancy, budgets and CAPEX.
• Coordinate property managers, letting agents and other external service providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and increase value.
• Prepare business plans, financial analyses and regular reporting.
• Oversee leasing activities and address tenancy-related matters.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in real estate asset management, ideally within the residential sector.
• Good knowledge of the Berlin residential market and German tenancy law.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis and portfolio reporting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
