Asset Manager - Renewable Energy

In this role you will optimize the performance of operational renewable energy assets, including solar, wind, or BESS. You will work closely with O&M providers and EPC contractors to maximize technical and commercial value while ensuring long-term reliability. You’ll monitor KPIs, analyze asset data, and drive improvement initiatives within a portfolio-wide operational strategy. This position offers impact through hands-on optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring safety, regulatory, and contractual compliance. english and german language skills will enhance collaboration across stakeholders.

• Manage the day-to-day performance of operational renewable energy assets
• Monitor technical and commercial KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization
• Coordinate with O&M providers, EPC contractors, and other key stakeholders
• Oversee contractual compliance, budgets, and operational reporting
• Analyze asset performance data and implement improvement initiatives
• Support the long-term operational strategy of a renewable energy portfolio
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

• Experience in renewable energy asset management
• Background within Solar PV, Wind, BESS, or other renewable generation technologies
• Strong understanding of asset performance monitoring and operational optimization
• Experience managing external contractors and service providers
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive, analytical approach to problem solving
• Fluency in German and English is highly desirable
