Assistant Director of Convention & Event Sales - Munich, Germany
Our client is a prominent luxury hotel at the forefront of Germany’s banqueting and events landscape, operating one of the largest and most dynamic event businesses in the country.
Steeped in history and prestige, the property has welcomed some of the world’s most renowned celebrities, dignitaries, and political figures. It is a trusted host of high‑profile occasions, from prestigious award ceremonies to large‑scale international conferences, consistently delivering exceptional standards on a grand stage.
The role:
- Assist the Director in planning and strategy
- Develop reactive sales leads in Events
- Must speak German & English
- Must have experience in luxury hotels
- Significant exposure to sales, operations, and multiple profit centres, with a clear pathway to future Director‑level responsibility
- Competitive remuneration package with an option of accommodation if required
