About Your Workplace

Join Miele's Experience Centre and help create exceptional customer experiences that showcase the very best of our premium brand. As the Assistant Experience Centre Manager, you'll work alongside the Experience Centre Manager to lead a passionate team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and memorable journey.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire your team, support day-to-day operations and help bring Miele's premium products and services to life. Your Responsibilities

• Support the Experience Centre Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team to achieve financial, service and customer experience targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey by leading consultative sales conversations and resolving customer enquiries with professionalism
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, merchandising and operational excellence
• Collaborate with the Culinary Team to deliver engaging demonstrations, customer events and premium in-store experiences
• Build strong relationships with local business partners, Miele Chartered Agents (MCAs) and internal stakeholders to drive customer referrals and business growth
• Take ownership of centre operations, including rostering, stock management, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

What We Are Looking For

Must-have

• Demonstrated retail leadership experience in a customer-focused environment
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen with experience achieving sales and customer service targets
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-have

• Experience in premium retail, luxury goods, appliances, interiors or home furnishings
• Experience leading consultative sales teams
• Relevant business or retail qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems
