Your Mission & Challenges
To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an Assistant who is organized, reliable and discreet, and who keeps a clear overview even in a dynamic environment.
You will independently coordinate the management's calendar, meetings and business trips, including bookings and expense reports. You will prepare and follow up on meetings, including presentations, minutes and decision documents, and prepare information for conversations with customers, partners and investors. You will act as a liaison between management, customers, partners and investors, handle confidential information before it becomes public — fundraising discussions, client negotiations, internal matters — and track open tasks, decisions and commitments.
Your Main Tasks
- Independently coordinate the management's calendar, meetings and business trips, including bookings and expense reports

What We're Looking Forward To
- Completed business apprenticeship or a comparable background
- Several years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role
- Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
- Confident use of MS 365, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- High level of discretion, ideally from an environment with comparable confidentiality — startup, law firm or fundraising context
