Associate Attorney, California

• Manage workers’ compensation cases with varying degrees of complexity
• Provide litigation and claims legal advice and services
• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on legal matters
• Develop legal strategies for litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Prepare for hearings, trials, and depositions
• Manage an assigned caseload effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited institution
• Prior experience as a Law Clerk in workers’ compensation, underwriting, or a related industry is highly desired
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills
