Your Responsibilities | Attorney – Lawyer – Finance – Banking – Law firm -  Regulatory

• You will be in direct contact with the clientele, both international and local, to provide legal advice that supports their projects and contributes to their success. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key aspect of your role.
• Your daily responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, such as agreements, contracts, and legal opinions. Ensuring precision, compliance, and adaptability to client-specific needs will be central to these tasks.
• You will work closely with the banking and finance partner , providing regular updates on case progress and contributing to the development of legal strategies. This collaboration will require proactive communication.
• Staying informed about the latest developments in the legal industry will be essential. This ongoing legal monitoring will enable you to identify emerging trends, anticipate changes, and offer innovative services to clients.
  

Profile and Career Path | Attorney – Lawyer – Finance – Banking – Law firm -  Regulatory

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a banking and finance lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg. This experience is essential to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
• Fluency in English and either French or German is required to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• You have experience handling transactional or regulatory banking and finance cases, equipping you with the knowledge to take on your future responsibilities confidently.
• While you work well independently, you thrive as a team player , which is vital for fostering strong collaboration with your colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach are critical to meeting deadlines and delivering excellent service to your clients. These qualities will be key to your success.
