What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing a range of products including FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management, and upsell Ebury’s broad product capabilities to deliver a best-in-class client proposition.
• Collaborate with a large, successful sales team to assist in business origination, understanding clients’ environments, strategies, and industries, and providing the best solution using Ebury’s product suite.
• Know and understand the competition’s capabilities and gaps to better position Ebury’s banking solutions.
• Deliver on specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling and cross-selling multiple relevant products and increasing wallet share.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, confidently and professionally presenting ideas, proposals, and updates.
• Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
• Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.

What You’ll Need

• Strong financial services experience in a sales or relationship management role, with an established network of contacts an advantage.
• Experience working in an established FX institution and/or commercial bank, or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients.
• Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
• Academic background in business or finance is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
• Sophisticated technical ability with statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management practices.
• Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, new client acquisition).
• Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
• Fluency in Mandarin and strong business-level English and German.
