Associate Consultant (Germany - February 2027)

In this role you build deep client relationships and promote adoption of FactSet products. You’ll train clients, onboard them, and tailor workflows to their research and analysis needs. You’ll gather feedback for product development and act as a trusted advisor to clients, upholding FactSet’s reputation for world-class client support. The position blends finance and technology to solve client challenges and advance usage across financial workflows. • Develop client relationships and understand their workflows to offer FactSet-based solutions
• Provide support for FactSet applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes
• Plan and deliver product trainings in client offices and at seminars
• Gather client feedback and advocate for clients in product development
• Help clients adopt workflows and reduce onboarding friction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client outcomes

• Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech
• Client-facing experience or desire in a support role
• Strong German language proficiency
• Ability to learn new technology quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Master’s Degree conferred by January 2027
