Associate Director, Consolidation and Reporting (m/f/d)

In this leadership role, you oversee financial closing, consolidation, and ESG reporting for Redcare Pharmacy. You will guide IFRS-compliant processes and support audits while shaping the group’s communication of performance. You’ll manage a small accounting team and partner with multiple departments to drive accurate, timely reporting. • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing for the group
• Drive inventory accounting processes with cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee non-financial reporting aligned with CSRD/ESRS
• Ensure IFRS compliance and support group audit processes
• Prepare consolidated annual report with accuracy and standards alignment
• Provide strategic guidance on consolidation, accounting, and reporting
• Coach and develop a team of ~5 accounting professionals

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, ideally with audit background and international scope
• Strong IFRS knowledge; ESRS/CSRD familiarity a plus
• CPA or Dutch RA certification preferred
• Stakeholder-facing across departments
• English proficiency; Dutch or German advantageous
