Associate Director – Customer Technical Solutions

• • Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and provide technical solutions
• • Collaborate directly with customers to unravel their business needs and pain points
• • Craft tailored solutions that address customer challenges
• • Support Technical Solutioning and Solutioning Managers during technology and business discussions
• • Create innovative technical solutions that align with industry trends
• • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for bid submissions
• • Define winning cost models and lead deals to profitability
• • Facilitate contract negotiations and hand-over process
• • Compile and present solution documents professionally

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy (preferably in the Digital Workplace Services area)
• Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models and IT financing models
• Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements including understanding customer needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective and scalable solutions
• In-depth understanding of various IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
• Excellent Microsoft M365 skills
• Excellent customer and presentation skills
• Excellent German (native speaker or C2 proficiency)
