Associate Director, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of management reporting packages
• Support the centralization of financial reporting processes
• Partner with corporate and network finance teams
• Oversee the creation of automated reporting tools and dashboards
• Mentor junior team members
• Champion process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday, Power BI, or similar tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
