Associate Director, Paid Social - B2B EXPERT (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead channel-specific paid social strategy for complex, multichannel accounts across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snap, and Pinterest.
• Manage paid social budget, performance delivery, forecasting, and profitability, recommending strategic pivots to meet KPIs.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, overseeing onboarding, delegation, and coaching people managers to foster inclusive environments.
