Associate Director, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of key cross-functional commercial and medical projects
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans
• Actively support and embed within key North America strategic initiatives
• Champion AI enablement across North America commercial and medical functions
• Support digital initiatives, including digital channel strategy

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree with 8+ years of overall experience
• Experience in a consulting or advisory environment
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to structuring complex problems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in identifying critical paths and risks
• Proven track record managing digital transformation and AI-enabled projects
• Familiarity with AI tools and enablement strategies in a commercial context
• Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project or SmartSheets
