In this role you help shape ERP-enabled transformations for global clients, from strategy to deployment. You work with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, define ERP target architectures, and oversee selection of applications and partners. You will support complex ERP programs and prepare deliverables that drive value. • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify value potential in business processes
• Develop functional and technical ERP target architectures considering new technologies and trends
• Design and manage selection processes for target ERP applications
• Support management of complex ERP programs and oversight of system integration partners
• Collaborate with clients to plan global ERP transformation projects across stakeholders
• Independently prepare and finalize deliverables with project team (progress reports, workshops, concepts)
• Evaluate ongoing ERP projects and implement improvement measures

• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration with IT focus, or related field
• Initial practical experience in ERP/SAP projects (internships, dual study, student roles)
• Desire to further expand technical SAP/ERP expertise
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
• Customer- and results-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
