Associate, Investment Banking - Frankfurt

In this Frankfurt-based role you will perform in-depth quantitative financial analysis to support strategic advisory work. You will build and interpret financial models and valuations, guiding client decisions in M&A, restructurings, and capital markets contexts. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare offering materials and client presentations, while tracking market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities. You will contribute to the firm’s goal of delivering innovative advisory solutions to a diverse client base.

• Develop financial models, company valuations and merger & acquisition transaction comparisons
• Conduct industry, regulatory, and economic research to forecast potential opportunities
• Prepare offering memoranda, transaction-related documentation and client presentations
• Analyze data related to price, yield, stability, and investment risks
• Identify market trends and regulatory changes to expand the firm’s presence in the market
• Gather financial statements and industry data to forecast future potentials

• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyze and value businesses
• Some experience in Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) or equivalent
• Results driven and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proven team player with ability to interact with internal groups and clients
