We are scaling rapidly and are looking for a highly driven professional to work directly with the founders and executive team, supporting strategic, operational and client-facing initiatives.

Your role:

As a Founder’s Associate, you will be at the center of Leverest’s growth, gaining exposure to C-level decision‑making, key clients and cross‑functional teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to combine strategy, business development and operational execution in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

• Executive Support to Founders & C-Level
  • Work side‑by‑side with the founders and C-Level on day‑to‑day priorities and strategic initiatives
  • Help coordinate demo meetings and deal‑related client interactions
  • Plan and execute roadshows, including proactive outreach to potential clients in Europe and in the US and coordinate meeting scheduling

• Strategic & Operational Initiatives
  • Assist with client, partner and investor outreach initiatives and follow‑ups
  • Support strategic initiatives such as market expansion, strategic partnerships and process optimization

• Key Account & Business Development Support
  • Support long‑term relationships with private equity firms, lenders and debt advisors
  • Support key account management, ensuring clients derive maximum value from Leverest’s platform
  • Work closely with Clients to ensure Leverest’s platform meets their transaction and portfolio management needs
  • Help onboard new clients and investment teams to the Leverest platform

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Business, and Tech teams to align on company priorities
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from clients to guide product and strategic decisions
  • Align closely with sales teams and local representatives across our core jurisdictions

Your profile:

• Excellent academic background, ideally in Business Administration, Finance or related topics
• 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, private equity, corporate finance, transaction services or strong internships in these areas
• Strong interest in interacting with clients and being involved in sales and key account management
• Solid understanding of debt financing / leveraged buyouts or strong motivation to learn
• Interest in building a network within private equity and private debt
• Strong analytical and communication skills; solid Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong proficiency in both English and German
• Excited about fintech, digitalization and transforming the debt financing market
• We hire irrespective of location (remote flexibility); however, proximity to Frankfurt or Berlin is a plus
