Location: Munich, Germany Office-based, Hybrid Willingness to travel occasionally.

Execute omnichannel campaigns within timelines, guidelines, and the local Omnichannel Framework.

Coordinate email, website, social media, and banner advertising deployment. Localize approved content with brand teams and agencies across digital and non-digital channels.

Maintain KPI reports and identify practical performance improvements with senior colleagues. Train the field force on digital tools and answer routine digital ecosystem questions.

Coordinate vendors, timelines, budgets, quality standards, project documentation, and deliverables. Maintain Veeva and digital platforms, ensuring data accuracy and resolving issues with IT.

You foster compliant customer engagement across Medical, Sales, Marketing, and Excellence teams.

This role requires

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent experience.

Five years’ relevant experience for Associate Manager Digital marketing execution experience, ideally in regulated life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.

Knowledge of email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and banner advertising. Familiarity with Veeva, web technologies, data privacy, HWG, UWG, and EFPIA/VFA Pharmakodex.

Project management knowledge; agile/SCRUM, JIRA, or Confluence familiarity is beneficial.

Fluent German and English. Strong organization, communication, collaboration, multitasking, attention to detail, and customer focus.

Salary Range (annually)

€68,250.00 - €113,750.00
