Associate Marketing Manager

Support the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) engagement activities across Western Europe, with Germany as the primary market. You will focus on building brand trust among key influencer groups that guide new mothers' purchasing decisions. This role bridges professional engagement and brand marketing — you will help establish eufy Baby as a trusted brand among the experts families rely on most.

About the Role

Coordinate field-based marketing activities across the region, including professional relationship development, event planning and execution, and educational content creation tailored for healthcare audiences. Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to translate professional endorsements and testimonials into consumer-facing trust content that drives brand credibility and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Organise and support HCP-focused events, workshops, and professional congress participation.
• Prepare product training materials and demonstration resources for healthcare professionals.
• Collect and analyse market intelligence, including HCP community feedback, healthcare marketing trends, and competitive professional engagement activities across Western Europe.
• Provide structured reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Retail, and Channel teams to ensure professional marketing initiatives are integrated with broader brand and commercial strategies.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
• Internship or project experience in healthcare, mother & baby, consumer goods, or related industries is a plus.
• Exposure to field-based work, event coordination, or community engagement is valued.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, International Business, or a related field. Major is open.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• German proficiency is strongly preferred
• Dutch or French is a plus.
